General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

What is the GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standardizes data protection law across all 28 EU countries and imposes strict new rules on controlling and processing personally identifiable information (PII). The GDPR not only applies to organizations located within the EU but it will also apply to organizations located outside of the EU if they offer goods or services to, or monitor the behavior of, EU data subjects, regardless of that company’s location. Third party vendors & data access

Like the Data Protection Directive that is presently in effect, GDPR includes provisions on international data transfer mechanisms. In order to comply with these provisions we have certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks, a mechanism that had been approved for cross border transfer of personal data under the Directive and expected to apply under GDPR as well. GDPR Requires that Nulius disclose 3rd party vendors which interact with your data. Nulius doesn't disclose data to any 3rd party vendor.
